COVID-19 Policies
Hello Royal friends and family,
We’ve spent the last few days discussing how to move forward as a business during this time, and believe we have come up with the best course of action.
The safety, health, and well being of our guests and cast members is always of the utmost importance to us! As you know, the CDC, Governor, and President are recommending that gatherings need to be limited to 10 people. With this news, we feel we have no choice but to request that all upcoming parties be rescheduled, and we will no longer be accepting new reservations until further notice. We will be waiving all change fees and will work with you to answer any questions you may have about alternative dates for your events - but please note we are overwhelmed with messages right now, and it might take a few days for our staff to get all our upcoming events sorted out - please be patient with us. We understand that this news is disappointing, but we look forward to celebrating with you and your families in the future!
We will also not be accepting any new bookings until we feel it is safe for our performers to attend events again. We will update this page regularly so you can be updated as soon as we are accepting new bookings.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this confusing and stressful time.
Want to still support our small business? Here are some options!
Our casts&staff must go without income for the duration of March and April. Many of us are individual contractors without insurance or paid leave. As we are rescheduling our March parties later in the year - consider these supportive options.
1. We would love to suggest a small donation of $10 (click DONATE button below) to help support our small, local business during this trying time of uncertainly
2. Visit our Virtual Experiences Page to find out how to keep your social distancing magical!
3. Post positive memories on our page for our performers to see.
Our postponed events WILL take place!
We WILL be bringing the magic to you!
We just ask for a little patience as we work hard to rebook our events.
As always, you can connect with us at notjustmakebelieve@gmail.com - we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Stay safe and healthy and we will be spreading pixie dust in no time!
